Infinity ward did a great job interpreting the weapons and equipment in MW2. Being a bit of a weapons enthusiast, I thought I'd post up some images of the weapons in game and some actual pics for comparison.

That is pretty cool, Intervention has the best range They look pretty close to real ones, they kinda made them look better in game than in real life.

The others are set up to for various SOP mods so you can add attachments. The HBAR is a lot more basic in design so you can't add much to it.

I'd rather be stuck out in the field with an ugly rifle that works than a pretty piece of crap. In my experience, the more simple they are, the better they work. My favorite is the WA2000. Walther only made a few hundred of them and they never made it into active duty.
